Application submitted but returned Help PLease

Hi All,

I applied before June 26th and it was received with a Received stamp dated April 26th. but they returned the application cos of one field that was missing (Other Nationalities in the main application sheesh, well If i had any why would i be applying). Now they changed visa regulations after June 26th ... So if i send my application again after correcting this field With NotApplicable Is it going to be considered after JUne26th and the regulations will apply or because it was first receieved in April 26th that it will be applied under old rules.



They have already deleted the Computer Science Managers skill from the set of skills that they are looking for after June 26th So I will be out of the queue if the new rules apply on me now.

I will really appreciate some help. thanks

Just send the same forms with N/A in that particular field.... They've the stamp on main form dated 26 April 10 so, they might consider your application as per old Occupation list.... n just in case if they don't then they'll give u refund anyways.....

You are not loosing anything if you send this way and there's a big chance but, if you don't send application then you're loosing a chance for sure.

When u will receive ur application along with it u will receive an appendix which mentioned to re-apply. have u got this appendix? if yes, then u can send ur application after rectifying ur mistakes. if no then u have no option.

Yup Asif is right....

Actually he must have got an appendix with the cover letter coz then only he knew the mistake in the forms so, Ideally if you'll send the same forms with the cover letter they sent and appendix you'll be fine.

I should send the forms anyway, just in-case they see the old receive date and process it from that date. other wise they would just send me back. Then I will need an arranged employment opinion.

I am trying to find how can I get Arranged employment just to make my case stronger. I didnt find any on google. well I did but they look like scams. I will ask in the arranaged employment for any one who has used any firm or way which actually gave him an original AEO

just tell me have u got appendix or not? on which it is mentioned that u can re-submit ur application.

Pl. keep us posted about your case as many of us who have received appl. back due to some misisng info. or some other reason , are confused whether they can apply again and still be considered under old rules or fall under new rules.
