After uploading all documents after ITA, my application profile is currently stuck in "PROCESSING SUBMISSION" not allowing me to proceed to make payment and submit. Has anyone encountered this problem before and how was it resolved.
thanks for the feedback suprisingly when i logged in after 1hr it was fixed. Wouldn't know if it was automated or it was a response to the ticket i created. Anyways i've completed the application.
