Just want to confirm whether this profile is active? Yes, Total points are showing in the next section.

I am having 407 points and still have not received OINP nomination. Just want to check that the profile is in the right status.

Yes that's fine and it's not necessary that you will receive OINP because you meet the score requirements.

I received an OINP Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter. This was because I deactivated by old EE profile and created a new one. I received the NOI the day after job bank activation was cleared in MyCIC account.
 
I didn't accept this though as CRS scores came down and I was able to receive an ITA. What's your score?

Correct. One of my friend got NOI by doing like this. Also, I heard the same from my friend who is working with a Lawyer. Also, they suggest to recreate the profile just within a week prior to OINP draw date.
