what will be the following steps would be on this processing?
Go to my website >> http://cectoolkit.weebly.com/cic-links.html
and click on the "ECAS Login" link. That's where you can check your application status.
Next step would be additional document request ( ie. RCMP fingerprints ) if applicable or the medical request
in a couple of months.

I really recommend doing a search on the forum before posting a question like this as there is a lot of information here that will really help you.
I'd also recommend joining the March 2014 thread which will help you get a better sense of the timeline as well as taking a look at earlier months to see where people ahead of you are in their process.
