Application Status on the CIC Website stopped working

Hi,

I've been able to look at my application status on the CIC website for the last 10 months, but today when I put my details in it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. " I'm using https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=


Is anyone else having issues with it today?

i got same problem since last week ..what does that mean ?
i think the file is open and they are trying to finalize the file.....
well let me tell you what happened with me my status shows "process in" but since last month they changed into "Application received" first
then after 3 weeks i don't see anymore my status when i try to login it says same "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"...........
