Application status is currently unavailable after login

does any one having issue with application status is currently unavailable after login with my CIC account?
I didn't see anything in my profile

Yes, we are also 3 other members in the same situation.
Seems CIC system is down.

Their system often periodically down . I think they really should fix the online issue either system down or something else.
