mera 6month bd refusal aia tha...mera takreebaa 1 and half year ka gap par gaya ha

bank statement is 50000 dollars in brother's account. previously was in uncles account. In caips they mentioned that proof of funds is not sufficient thats why Im showing my brother's account now.

Dear All Brother,

I am working in Abu Dhabi U.A.E since 2 years and now i want to apply Canada
I had done 3 years Diploma in Automotive in 2007 and 2 years B.tech Mechanical (Pass) in 2010 (evening). I had searched Automotive Course in Canada College and universities. But mostly Universities not offering Automotive Courses except engineering but it's too expensive.

Now i am planning to apply 3 years program (Mechanical Engineering Technology Automotive Manufacturing) in Georgian College.

I just want from all of you that kindly suggest me that is this program is OK or not as per my profile
what you think it will effect on my visa or not and What are the chances of Visa?
