Application status changed from 'Submitted' to ' Application / Profile Updated ' and reverted back to 'Submitted', ghost update without any email!

Hi, Dears!

I applied for Ph.D. study permit three months ago and is about to miss my semester! In my profile, I have seen 2 ghosts update without email notif!
Is this a good sign? Is there any that has the same situation and get the PPR soon?
