I already submitted by mail all my documents post reception of Quebec CSQ certificate. IRCC received the package by mail on 12 April 2019 and until now I did not receive my application reference number (by email nor by mail) and I would like to ask you if you can help on how to follow up on this matter and if you know the time they do require to share with me an application number so I can link to an online account and check its status from there.
