Application sent to CIU, Nova Scotia, Sydney. No response yet

I sent the application on 14th Jan 2009. According to courier, delivery was on 22nd Jan 2009. I am yet receive any response. How long does it take normally to get response from NS? Does CAIPS work for application sent to NS?

Hi Rupeshhari, I had sent a bank draft. I do not know whether it is encashed or not. The application was delivered to Novascotia office on 22nd Jan 09 according to tracking information. I hope you are right and will wait another two weeks.

how did you check if they already cashed your payment? Did you call them, call the bank, or any online check tracking?

Thanks Rupeshhari for the suggestion. I have gathered most of the documents including pcc for zim and india. Waiting for pcc from kenya and tanzania. my ielts test due on 6th march 09. I should be ready by 2oth march wilth all documents. Subject to ielts result, my points are around 74(assuming 7 in ielts).

Is it true that for FSW Category 1, you dont need to stick a photo on your initial form, and you'll be asked for photos later on in the next stage of assessment?
