You didn't provide us with a copy of the completed foreign education credential to accompany the Educational credential assessment (ECA) report. Does this imply a copy of my Degree or Transcript?

Very sorry to hear this news, yes you were supposed to provide all the copies of your degree certificates and if available transpcripts as well. The minimum is to submit certificates(Degree copies) of your masters, bachelors and secondary and post secondary. What was your application recieved date by CIC, and when did you got your application back and which NOC..Is there a chance for you to re apply. Best of luck

My app. was received at CIC on June 11, 2014 and returned on September 12,2014. I'm sending my app. back as it is with just the copy of the degree. Is my applications going to be processed again or will they resume where they stopped?

Brother, it will considered as a new application. Please dont send the application as it is, in august some forms were updated, you need to fill new forms. Document checklist also got updated, in addition you need to update your bank certificates and if in case you paid through DD you need to extend or renew it.. Kindly recheck everything and be careful this time around.

you can find the document checklist and the forms which are updated in August 2014, i suggest you to use all the fresh updated forms. Once your application is returned and you reapplied it, it will be proccessed as a new application. How about your NOC, is it still under the cap limit.

UCI Number

This is how they will link your original IELTS Report Card and PCC (in case they didn't return them with your documents).

Do mention that UCI in Generic Form.

You can send it back as it is there will be no problem. That is what I did and im of the 2013 stream. Just include copies of the certificates that were evaluated together with the ECA report that way u r good.
