Application returned..where to submit again??

I submitted for PR in the FSW category to NS,Sydney.Application was returned to me saying that visa office requested was wrong(i gave Newyork as the office).
Now i am planning to resubmit the application with Buffalo as Visa office.Plz anyone let me know where to mail this appln(buffalo or Nova Scotia itself ?)
