application returned i need help

hello guys i called cic today and they said they probably returned my application because they don't any information about me in their system, they told me to wait until the end of december if i didn't receive my package i should call them back in january 2015 to mail another application, my question is do i have to wait until i receive my package or i could submit another application now please guys help and advice thank you in advance.

Do you know why your application was returned to you? It may be wiser to wait until you receive your application back so that you will know for certain what you have to correct when you resubmit.

many applicants -inc me- who applied in sep are in the same boat.some received AOR after they sent a case specific inquiry. i suggest you wait till the end of Dec,

no I don't know they didn't tell me , I will wait until January 2015 to see what mistake I did.
