Application Returned due to CELPIP and Birth Certificate - * URGENT HELP NEEDED

Hi All,

My application was received by CIC on Oct 2nd 2013 and today i received my application package returned with the below reasons.

1. CELPIP offcial score report not attached. However i have attached the same and CIC even opened the envelope and they stamped on the envelop with the date as Oct 2nd 2013. Am not sure why they have mentioned CELPIP score report is not available. I hope this is just mistake from CIC end.

2. Second reason in the letter says , please refer the highlighted sections in the document checklist and in document checklist birth certificate was highlighted. I have not attached my birth certificate. I believe this is the reason my application package is returned.

Now i have below questions,

1. Am planning to attach my secondary school certificates along with affidavit from me in canada. Also am planning to get a letter from Indian Consulate as well. Let me know whether these documents will be sufficient for birth certificate.

2. Can i resend the same application package with updated document checklist , birth certificate supporting documents and an explanation letter for resubmission.

3.If i submit the application now, do i need to wait for another 45-60 days to receive AOR or CIC will prioritize resubmissions cases?

Please advise ASAP as i need to resubmit the application.

I think your application will be considered under the new 12000 Application list.

Send your documents as early as possible to avoid delay.

CIC will not prioritize anything and will process like a normal application again.

Secondary mark sheet will do the needful if it has either parents or both parents name and printed in English

Pls note- if it has above information, no need any affidavit also note- Don't send Indian consulate Birth Certificate as it will not be accepted by CIC

Just another question, can i use same forms which are ticked in RED by CIC when i resubmit the application or should i submit new forms ?

I would advice you to get a affidavit from India stating your birth date signed by a judge and your parents.

my advise is get affidavit here and apply soon with all the new documents.
If your late the 12000 application limit may finish early.

Think and send your documents as early as possible.

Am thinking of getting affadavit here and apply ASAP considering 12,000 Limit.

Just need one confirmation , can i use existing forms which are verified and ticked by CIC or should i submit new form?

Read the instrcutions on CIC website, before asking questions. Show some effort please.

Between November 9, 2013 and October 31, 2014, CIC will accept a maximum of 12,000 complete applications under the Canadian Experience Class. Within this cap, there will be sub-caps of 200 applications for each National Occupational Classification B applications. You cannot use work experience in the following occupations to qualify for the CEC:.....

YES you can -
