Application returned but not received DD lost - 6 months have passed

My application (April 2010) was returned by sydney office in May 2010 due to some missing information, but i havent received any thing back. when i called them they said it might be lost if you havent received yet. My original DD is also lost. can any one guide me what to do now. how can i get my DD back. to encash it is also a lengthy procedure as it was in the name of Rec,General of Canada. Im so worried how to get my money back....

Check with Bank...i believe DD is time barred by now and can not be encashed.

Submit application with copy of DD and hopefully your concern will be settled
