I am from Bangladesh. I have completed my B.Tech Program in computer Science & Engineering India. B.Tech CGPA-5.90 Out of 10. And my 10th Class Result is GPA-5 and 12th Class result is GPA-5 Out of 5. If I have Converted my GPA to Percentage it's more than 90 or 95 %. And My IELTS Band Score Over all 6.5. In this Profile are goods to applying for student visa in Canadian University.

It will be very difficult to gain admission to a university program with 59% GPA. Your 10th and 12th will not be considered. Advise you do a GRE if you want to pursue a Master's. Also recommend you assess your degree with WES to find Canadian equivalent grades.

Start to search the professor who are working on your field. Try to pursue the Masters inplace of Diploma. Hope for the best. Ielts is ok but make sure that no band is less than 6 each
