Application requirement ACCRA GHANA-URGENT

Hello Everyone,

Am a new member.

I would like your advice on this issue.

I and my husband got married August this year.that was after he recievied his nomination letter from Manitoba.

Now we submited to Accra Visa office on the 6th of September and on the 23rd he got a mail that he needs to fill the IMM 0008 -Generic reason been that the intial form he sent to manitoba was the same as what he sent to the visa office and his satus states single or never married.The whole package will has been sent to his mailing address.(we are expecting the the package back)

Now before we he submited to the visa office, I hade to fill the IMM 008- backgronddecleration and IMM5046 as stated in what the manitoba government sent to him as requirement for his spouse if he gets married befor applicatio to visa office.


As we are expecting the package back, we are trying to put things together inorder not for the visa office to send the package back again and My questions are,

1..should we include our traditional marriage photos(this was really celebrated as we had friends and families from all part of the country in attandance) and court weding photos(this was just two friends and us) because when we submited the first time, we just included the our court wedding certificate

2. Should he write a letter telling them he is now married because the asked for clarification.

3.should i include all my accademic qualifications?beacuse i just includede my birth certificate and the information page of my international passport.

4. do i need to get refrence letter from my office.(actually my husband was telling me to get this but since it was not in what manitiba govenment sent to him i ignored it)

PLEASE I WILL NEED YOUR CANDID ADVICE ON THIS SO THAT THERE WILL BE NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE AGAIN.

In this case, a Cover letter is highly important. this letter should be written in such a way dat all areas that has changed are adequately explained. The Spouse will only need provide proof only for the things which she claims to have. pictures of your marrige and/or video clips if avialable will help in no small measure. remember that all documents MUST be NOTARIZED. The extent to which u can write the cover letter will determine how well this your application can fly. BONNE CHANCE
