Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi all,

Today i got the much awaited mail from CIC sydney. i am married and i had applied for a PR under FSW for NOC 0213 Catagory. The doc's submitted on may 2nd and reached the sydney office on 13th of may and got a letter from CIC on 23rd June stating that the application is rejected as it did not qualify for FSW Fast track. Let me mention i made my wife as primary applicant and it got rejected.

1) Now can i re-apply ?
if yes How....

2) Can i apply as primary applicant and my wife as co- applicant. ?

3) Do we have to wait for any time to proceed further

what can be done ??????

I dont think you have to wait. You can apply with your wife as co-applicant.
Who falls under 0213, you or your wife?

May I know the reasons behind getting it rejected.

I am also applying under same Category.

Meena

Both fall under 0213 catagory. But i just made my wife as primary applicant and my self as co-applicant

the reason stated is my wifes resume states senior engineer which is a managers designation is the company which she works for and i had prepared a 10 page detailed resume explaining the job responsibilities but no go :( they said that it is not mentioned in the CIC's NOC

Ok so they say 'Senior Engineer' is not mentioned there.

Lets c what happens, even I am applying under my profile also say as 'Sr Test Engineer' but that is not listed in NOC. I am performing Manager duties an d I am writing same.

I am crossing my fingers.

Dear Ark,
Feeling so sorry but please dont loose your spirit. Will they refund you the application fee?
Best of luck for the next time. You can also think about Australia or Denmark.
All the best.

Dear ARK - sorry abt it. But they seem to be bothering about the fitment of both for verification (title and duties). As long as these 2 reflect that of an IT mgr, it should be no problem. I think you should re-apply with you as a primary applicant. But whats your designation? If i were you, i would work on that a bit this time around.

hi they did say taht i would get back my DD for the visa in about 5 weeks and i a am working as a storage admin for a very reputed company sorry i am not able to give out the name of the company... But lets see what are my options

Seniors Please do guide me i am in desperate situation here.......................

Hi ARK,

Did you job duties in the resume match to the ones listed on NOC Website?

I am curious to know what led to rejection, JOB title or the duties mismatch ?

Thanks,
Rahul

if you are applying for a 0213 position and if your job duties and responsibilities does not match with what it is required or it is not clearly mentioned in employers work experience letter, then it might be an issue. Only designation is should not be a reason to reject it.

I don't know if you are sure about you have mentioned correct duties under this NOC.

sorry about that..

In case of Meena, if your employer's letter is mentioned with correct job duties, you should be less worry.

Me too, applying under same category with "Project Leader", still I am same worry as you because you never know.

Just cross your finger.

As far as the job title is concerned its mentioned as Sr. engineer but the job responsibilities and the job details are clearly explained or rather pin point explanation of the job nature and the only mistake i guess happened is in a particular column of resume i had mentioned the designation as Sr.Engineer and that messed up the things as well......

If i have to reapply can i make changes in resume and provide all the authenticated copies like a

1)job validation copy.
2)managerial or administration related certificates
3) Authorized letters stating that the job responsibilities mentioned are being carried out in the company or organization

so and so

would these things work........................

Hi ARK

You said you got rejected at the Sydney level. In that case , why did you have to send in your resume? I guess the only thing Sydney needs is the filled up forms . Schedule 3 anyway has a description of all your main duties, isnt it?

to justify the job described and to show the working experience we have to send the resumes

Thats correct we don't need to send Resume while sending the Applications. Its not listed in the Checklist.

I have sent my Application yesterday and have only sent the details as required in the Checklist.

Also in Schedule 1 and Schedule 3 Forms I have given Titles according to NOC. Not the actual titles. For Actual profiles I have attached a letter mentioning why I have selected that NOC Code as my duties matching with that NOC profile.

Hope this works.
