Application refused - not completed within 60 day period

Please I need help in my situation here.
I received the request letter to provide the Medical examination, police certificates from USA and KSA, passport copies and right of landing fees.
I was not able to satisfy the requirements within the 60 day period due to police certificate processing time and mailing issues. I also informed them that we request to hold the medical examination with all other requirements to utilize the 12month validity of the medical examination; so we can land in Canada next summer 2015 max.
This was communicated timely (before the 60 day period ends) to Immigration and Medical Services Division in the High Commission of Canada.
I just received a letter that my application is refused due to not receiving the requested information after passing the 60 day period by 20 days.
What can I do here. It is not my fault.
Please please help me..
 
Did you actually verify with CIC that they received your email and would allow your requested extension?
 
Yes they received my email and provided me extension for the police certificates. I replied requesting also extension for the medical examination but that was not accepted. By that time, the 60 days elapsed then 20 days later I received the refusing letter.
I made the medical and ready now to send everything except the US police certificate.
Please advise..
 
All you can do is send them an email marker URGENT explaining the situation and ask them to reopen your file. Include scans of the medical receipt, the FBI receipt and the PCCs that you have to show that you've complied with the request. It's possible that they will reopen it.
 
It was a mistake to ask for an extension to the medicals. You don't have the option of delaying the medicals so that you can have a landing date that's convenient for you. You should have done the medicals as requested and just asked for an extension to the PCCs because it wasn't possible to obtain them in 60 days.

I agree with canuck_in_uk. At this point all you can do is contact the VO with evidence that you have completed the medical and hope they reopen your file.

could you please inform me how much time extension did they give you for your police certificate ?
 
WOW THATS REALLY LITTLE , FOR EXAMPLE USA FBI NEEDS 20 WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE PCC

HOW LONG AFTER YOU SENT YOUR APPLICATION DID THEY ASKED FOR POLICE CERTIFICATE ?
