Application reconsideration at MUN (Memorial university of newfoundland)

Hey, has anyone requested for their application to be reconsidered after getting rejected to MUN?? I tried to apply for bachelors for fall 2019 and I was required to give my SAT test done since I didn't have math as my subject. I did not score on par on my 1st try so I did it again and I scored sufficient enough.
I sent a mail on May 20 to request for the reconsideration and the reports reached that day. on may 31 they updated my application documents but NO CHANGE IN APPLICATION STATUS BEING REOPENED.
Has anyone requested for reconsideration after getting rejected??? How long did it take to hear from them because I cant reach them at all through phone or email

There's really nothing more you can do if you have already asked for reconsieration. It's up to the school if they reconsider your request or not for the fall 2019 term - all you can do is wait. It's quite possible they are already full for the fall 2019 term (i.e. have enough students) and aren't admitting any further students at this time.

they emailed me saying they will reopen my file once they receive my recent sat reports which they did get my reports but I don't see any update as per my application status (just the documents receiving part was updated nothing else) so I don't know if they have reopened my file or not. I have both emailed and called them and they don't seem to be available until next week
