i was 2005 applicant and withdrwan my application in this january.
i sent my fresh application under fast track on 16 feb. and that is recived by cic on 23 feb .this is cofirmed when i checked my old online status on cic.gc.ca wbsite.
plz tell me do i consider that that my file number is old or they send new file number.
