Hi all,
I submitted my application before finding these forums on Thursday. I am applying for my wife and stepdaughter to come. The VO is Havana. I have two nagging concerns.
First, after the fact, I came across a reference that said to label the package "Family Class - Spouse and Dependants" at CPC-M. I didn't do this, will this delay my package being opened or worse?
Second, we included her clean criminal record check, but it was in Spanish and the one document that didn't have a notarized translation. Did it need to be? If so, will the application be rejected/returned as incomplete or will we have an opportunity to provide a translation later?
