Application processing time for parents

Hi,

Can anyone please advise me, what is the standard application processing time for sponsoring parents. I am a Canadian citizien and I applied to sponsor my parents in August 2006. My parent's file is in New Delhi since Jan 2009.
Any idea, how long it's going to take?

New Delhi 15 16 18 21 which means 80% processed in 21 months so around two years from the time it reached the visa office.

All in all I think it is a 4-6 yr process....

Well..my app for parents..were sent to your neighbor in the south.island...the one that had its war over recently..and also beat ur team at the T20... it has taken almost 4 years..and still in process..

Thats the whole thing ever case is different theirs may take longer than yours or visa versa.But those are the timelines they say on the website.You should be close now.
