I am confused. WES states for post- secondary study, we need to submit the documents. If I have completed A-levels and O-levels, do I still need to send those documents too and what is the procedure then?
SECONDARY EDUCATION
If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application.
What to Submit How to Submit
1. Certificate of examination issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
e.g. Intermediate Examination Certificate, Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any other certificate awarded by the Board
To be sent directly to WES by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Documents must be verified by the Controller of Examinations.
Attestations from persons outside the Controller of Examination and Registrar's Offices, such as individual professors or external notary publics, will not be accepted.

2. Mark Sheet/Result Card issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
