Application package specifications.

Hello,

I am submitting a family class application. I am wondering if there are any specifications regarding packaging of filled forms and documents? What would be a proper way to arrange the papers? Is there a certain size for the envelope?
One more thing. For the documents where a copy of them is required. Does it matter if the copy is colored or black and white?

It seems that there are no detailed requirements. I can only find the following statement in the basic guide.
"Don’t use staples, binders, plastic sleeves, folders or albums to submit your application. Elastic bands for photos or paper clips are acceptable."
