Hello,

If i enter canada in 2014 and after completion of my 2 years of study I will apply for pr in 2016. will the rules about pr of year 2014 will be applicable to me as I would be entered in canada in 2014 or the current rules i.e of 2016 will be applied. and what about the study and PGWP rules.

The earliest you could apply is after at least one year of PGWP. So, that would make it 2017.. Therefore 2017 rules would apply.

Your application is judged on the basis of the rules in effect on the date your application was submitted. So as Zardoz pointed out, if you apply in 2017 then you application will be proceseed according to the rules at that time.
