Application of provisionally accepted and will send the medical within few days, what is the meaning of this sentence, because i received letter and mentioned this thing

Yo have secured 67 points. Now Medical and some background check is the only formality. I am not sure about Background check though.

This means ur b/ground checks r over & ur med request is coming shortly. CONGRATS !!!

CHC says that (Provisionally...) 'coz ur Security Check is yet pending & ur meds might go wrong, in that case u do not go into unnecessary corresp with them stating thet they had already intimated u that u r accepted.

Until u get ur Visas, u remain 'provisionally accepted'. That's same for everyone of us.
