Hi all

I am applying in federal skilled workers category, presently I am in USA. I am getting confused for where to send the application form. I think it is sydney, Canada. but I am not sure. can someon help me in this regard.

Yes, you need to first send your application to Sydney, Canada along with the application fee (550 CAD). Once they review your application and approve you to go ahead, then within 4 months you have to submit the application with all supporting documents to Buffalo (if you are in USA).

Provided that you are applying under FSW category 1. Category 2 aplications will go directly to the visa office serving your area.
