Application in Quebec

I applied the sponsorship through my lawyer last Dec. and one month later my lawyer told me get the sponsorship and started to apply csq. at this mid of March, i got my csq. right now i check the states on cic, it only showed application recieved on dec, no other states.
so the question is which step i am now? why cic website can not find other steps those has done?

are you applying inland or outland? are you the sponsor or the applicant?
ecas (application status) will NOT show that they received your csq, if you wanna be sure they have it and you are inside canada, CALL CIC TELECENTER 1-888-242‑2100 or fill out this form https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga=1.178451940.1939967166.1393207503 which can take longer than the phone call.

If you are INLAND, after getting csq from MICC, and send it to CIC, you have to wait for AIP. current AIP waiting time INLAND is 10 months. Which means that since the moment they received your application (mid december, right?) cic has 10 months to give you AIP... so you are in for a long wait.
