Hi All

Silly question perhaps but I'll ask it.....when completing the dates etc for the addresses and employment history, in the actual PDF itself it populates day, month and year.

But when I print off the form it only shows the particular year and month......is this the same for everyone else also?

Yes, Dal, this is normal. Only the month and year will be visible, therefore, there is no need to worry about it.
