APPLICATION FORM FOR SPONSORING A FAMILY AT MANITOBA

I am having a hard time looking for the new application form for family sponsorship, Aunt who is a canadian citizen at Manitoba wants to sponsor me...Can you help me what form do we need; both for me as the principal applicant and for my aunt who is the sponsor.

Hi I need some help regarding family-like support program for Manitoba.
Can any one guide about the following points:
1) Exactly which documents r required.
2) Currently I live in China. Should I apply from Beijing or my home country.
