Application Form Filling doubts - IMM5669E

Hi,

I am filling "Schedule A Background declaration_IMM5669E" form. I have a few doubts.

Question# 9: Is British Council considered a Profesional association? I was a member of British Council in the past.

Question# 10: My addresses do not fit in the single row. Can I fill the whole address in 2-3 rows? And I do not remember the exact address of my stay in the past. How this information matters in the PR processing and what should I do here?

1) Yes. Put it down.

2) It should be okay. Remember to attach a separate sheet with anything that you cannot fit on the form. You just want to do your best. Be honest. Document what you can.
