Hi, I am starting to fill out the form and see the last update date is Oct 2017. Should there be a new version based on the Dec rule changes to citizenship?

the questions in the form are asking for status from the last 4 years, should it not be 3 years?

Which Dec rule changes? If you are referring to C-6, that came in Oct '17. If you are referring to Q10b, then the PCC requirements have not changed, its still 4 years. Only the residency requirements have changed.

Also in general, I would suggest you go through the FAQ thread in this section, so that you can pro-actively get answers not only to questions. But there maybe something that you may have missed or may answer incorrectly. That thread will help you with such things. All the best.
