Application for Work Permit

Hello! I have received an email from the immigration that I can start to process for a work permit and permanent residency. My application is under the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP). I would like to ask if I can now start to process for the biometrics that is needed for the work permit application. Or need to wait for the employer to pay for the compliance fee. Thanks!

in my experience once employer submits work permit application then only you can give biometrics
