My wife is trying to apply for a Work Permit to send in with her application for permanent residency, but we are confused about the terminology based on our situation.
My wife is in Canada now, but has to return to the United States for six months, and before she leaves we are completing an outland application together. So, we are completing all of the papers from inside Canada, but then she will be residing outside Canada until the end of the year. She will be leaving in two weeks, so, should we complete the "Work Permit made outside of Canada", or complete one "Made inside of Canada"?
