Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada

Please I'm trying to renew my TRV (student Visa) but got the following information after doing the eligibility test
"Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257) (Opens a new window)".
I don't see why I should get this message when I am within Canada.
