I went to Canada when I was 8 year old as a permanent resident of Canada. My parents did not get any job and we came back with in 1 and half month. We went in 2005 as a result my PR card expired in 2010. Now I got admission in University of Waterloo. Can I apply for travel document to revive my PR status. I was a minor at the time I left Canada. Now I have intentions to settle down in Canada after studies. What reason should be included in the letter of Travel Documents? Should I involve any immigration lawyer for this? All suggestions are appreciated.
