Yes. Applicatuon has to be separate for both as ypu both are planning to get individual study permit so.

You are not accompanying your spouse bcause As you told earlier, you and your spouse are applying and going on individual study permit.

If you are applying online and you have marriage certificate from Registrar then it is not needed.
