Hallo Guys

I applied for PRTD but failed due to RO Obligations, I want to apply afresh. I have the following questions

1) There are many options which is best option to apply for PR least investment threshhold?
2) Which investment option will give best profit?
3) Upon application , how long does it take typically to get approval?
4) If you get pay start amounts, how long do you get to the visa?
