Hallo IGuys

previous had a PR but expired with RO Obligations failure , I opted not to appeal so that I apply afresh...Which is a better option to apply as skilled worker or apply as expressed entry...I have 2 masters and 20 years work experience as engineer.....Thanks, Sam

It's the same thing. The FSW stream is no longer stand-alone. You apply through Express Entry.

But they are different from Quebec Programs, right? with low French proficiency, i would have low chances in Quebec
