I initiated the Application for PR in Non-EE stream (sinp-pnp). I am the main applicant.
There is a field asking for birth certificates in PR portal. How important is birth certificate for self and spouse in this? can i proceed without these docs? I enquired in my home town for birth certificates and learned that it is a long and cumbersome process now. I could get non availability certificate in my case but my wife application for non availability birth certificate could not be initiated due to absence of her (her family) details in the household mapping database.
My query is, can I proceed and submit the application for PR with my non availability of birth certificate and an LOE explaining that I would furnish my birth certificate as well as my wife's birth certificate in may be 3 or 6 months time?
I hope for a reply (from anyone with similar situation).
