hello guys.my boyfriend sent his application in alberta vegerville on january 5 2012. and still nothing from them....so is it too soon to get worried..or..on CIC in protected persons and conventional refugees is this---- ''working on applications received up to September 11, 2011)''-----so is that correct..we have to wait that say working on january 5..and the count...or what..pls advise

Yes you have it exactly. Mail received usually sits for about 2-3 months before being opened at Vegreville. Then it needs a quick basic check before any kind of letter or status will be added.
