Hello Friends
After waiting for over 2 years and 3 draws, luckily I received an email to apply for parents immigration last week.
I am stuck @ the stage where it's asking for my birth certificate as proof that I am the son of my parent's.

I do have my 10th standard certificate, shows my DOB and my father's name.

I am also thinking to get a affidavit from a local law office, since my parents are in Canada with me on supervisa. Shall I also include a reason for unavailability of birth certificate.

Please advise me as this is a very crucial 7 weeks for me as I have to prepare my parents application.

Perhaps a dna test?

I don't think a DNA will be reqd. But Sworn Affidavit from local court that a search was made for Birth Cert. and could not find. Plus a "NOT FOUND" certificate from Registrar of Births and Deaths of that country will do all. Also on the other hand how would they allow parents to come on a SUPER VISA if they suspect. I guess it MUST be a standard format letter for all.

seems like you have added enough stuff for it. Try to add your passport copy as well if it has your parents name on it.

AS you said :-

This should do the trick. And they already accepted the case in Super Visa, so you should be OK.
