I am an International Student and has recently graduated. I applied for PGWP last May 16, 2022 and is still waiting for its release. I currently have NOC B job and has received 3 payment stubs already. At this point, can my husband apply for OWP extension even if I have not yet received my PGWP or is it also a requirement to be submitted along with my husband’s application? Our visa will expire on September 30, 2022. Thank you.
