red]Hello there Apply for my Spouse off 6yr..Send in the applications from early last yr just got a letter back with a number 1800 959 8281 for me calling to get my Option C PRINTOUT and send it back by July 29 or the Application will be cancelled..My problem I've Been calling this number 1800 959 8281 over 3weeks/ early in the Mourning throughout the day and it been busy..SO CAN anyone can help!!!! google CRA and make sure the number given was correct. Are you calling from inside canada? CRA may not accept calls from outside canada just like CIC's call center.

The sponsor needs to call CRA to request it. As long as taxes have been filed, you will be able to get the most recent year's information.

If you are calling from outside Canada or US, you must call this number: 613-940-8495, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern time) from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

You can request the Option C from them and you can also ask them to send it to your address abroad.

That is the correct number. I hope you were a me to get it on time.
For future reference, it's always less busy closer to 5pm eastern time. (I work in an accounting office and have to deal with cra a lot). Noon time also works. Just keep redialing. It's a pain, but there's nothing else we can do.
