Hello and happy holidays!

I'm having trouble finding answers to these things that I have to know about.

In short:
My dearest SO just got approved for her student visa and she's on her way to Canada as we speak. I was originally going alongside her in flight but I had to be delayed. For the most part maybe two months.

I'm currently applying for the open work permit and everything is ready in terms of submitting and letting it process.

However in the documents checklist, I don't see anything in regards to providing evidence for the Common-Law status.

So my questions are:

Where do I submit our evidence of eligibility for Common-Law status?
Is it an interview when I arrive afterwards?

I can't find a single thing mentioning the documents needed to prove our relationship.
For example:
The statutory declaration of common-law union, cit0458e.
Relationship information and Sponsorship Evaluation, imm5532e. etc
.

Does that indicate that the common-law application is a whole other process. If that's true, where do I apply for that?

Do I have to wait for the common-law evaluation process to finish and then apply for the open work permit?

Can I submit the open work permit, come to Canada with the common-law evidence and seek an interview?
(or submit online if that's an option?)

Thanks for reading.
