Dear all,
I am new here. I am preparing an application for Canada permanent resident visa as skilled worker class. I have heard that there is a limit (cap) for each type of profession. So to reduce the risk of being rejected because the cap for the occupation that I apply is already reached, I wonder if it is better to submit the application in beginning of the year? Or it does not matter what month of the year to submit the application (e.g January vs. November)?
Thank you very much for you advice.

The CAP numbers are from the 1st of July to the 30th of June in the following year. So you file as soon after the 1st of July when you have a complete application.
