Hey there, first good luck in your process, hope it will be smooth and easy, I don't know much about the common law sponsorship, but I guess you have to pay more attention to the issue that your partner still legualy married, hope it won't be an issue, and this forum is the perfect place to all your question, I am in Canada thanks to this forum.
