My employer is processing temporary residence and work permit for Canada from USA (currently residing), but my visa in USA is ending soon. Biometrics I may be able to complete here in USA, but by the time passport submission letter comes I will mostly likely be back in India. In this case, can I submit my passport for stamping in India even though my application was filed from USA?
