One consultant has told me that you can send application with only principal application fee although you have claimed your wife 's education points in your application. According to consultant you will have to deposit the fee of wife and children afterwards initial processing and before submitting to Visa office.

Is it true
I felt in instructions that applications with insufficient fees will be returned and will not be reprocessed until payment of remaining fee

Dear Tariq,

My application was returned back from NS because i was just submit only my fee $550. After that i applied again with all dependent fees. It's cost me three months delayed.

so as per my experience you should submit accompany members fee as well.

You can send your application by paying only principal application fees that is $550, but you must mention in forms that you spouse and family is not accompany with you. If you write there, they are also accompany with you, Visa office will return your file back.

You can not claim spouse education point until you pay the application fees for your spouse.
